Refund Policy

At Lighthouse Concrete and Landscape LLC, we take pride in the quality of our work and customer satisfaction is very important to us. Because each project is customized to the client’s property and requires time, labor, and materials, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Deposits

All deposits made to secure a project are non-refundable, as they cover scheduling, planning, and initial material purchases.

2. Cancellations

If you cancel a project before work begins, we may refund payments made beyond the deposit, less any costs already incurred (such as materials purchased or administrative fees).
Once work has started, refunds are not available for labor or materials already completed or installed.

3. Service Issues or Concerns

If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us in writing within 7 days of project completion. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, offer reasonable remedies such as adjustments or repairs.
Refunds are only considered in cases where we are unable to reasonably resolve the issue.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

Labor costs for work already performed.
Custom materials ordered specifically for your project.
Third-party costs (e.g., permits, delivery fees, subcontractor work).

5. No Warranty on Materials

We do not warranty materials, including but not limited to concrete, stone, wood, plants, or other products supplied or installed.
Natural variations, weather conditions, settling, and normal wear and tear are outside of our control and are not covered under this policy.
Any manufacturer warranties (if applicable) must be addressed directly with the product manufacturer or supplier.

6. Final Approval

Once a project has been completed and approved by the client, payments are considered final and non-refundable.
